House Etiquette

For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled table time and inform therapists of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time.


LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled table time to ensure that our facility is on time for our next appointments. If you arrive late you may be responsible to cover your whole service time. Appointment and Cancellation Policy To ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance. If you cancel your appointments within less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the treatment(s) reserved under your credit card or reserved with a gift certificate. Authorized credit card or valid gift certificates and current information are required to secure bookings. You MUST speak to a live operator in order to cancel spa or wellness appointment(s), and you will receive a cancellation number for your reference. If you cannot provide us with a cancellation number, your credit card will be subject to full charge of your appointment(s). Prices are subject to change. We also require 24 hours notice to cancel a gift certificate appointment or the gc becomes null and void . Please treat your gift certificate as if it were cash. If you are cancelling an appointment in the required amount of time and you have pre-paid for your visit in advance there will be a 5% processing fee deducted before the refund is given.


Gift Certificate Policies: We do not allow gift certificates to be divided. Ex: and hour massage can not be divided into 2-30 minute sessions. We do allow a gift certificate for a package to be divided into different days. We understand everyone is on a tight schedule and sometimes our packages are a few hours in length so we do extend the courtesy to split your services up (can not be split between two different people). If you receive a certificate for services that you would prefer not to have you may convert your gift certificate to spa value and use for other services. Gift Certificates can not be used for retail or tipping. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of use. We do not extend any gift certificate or double take offer expiration's.  Upon booking services for a gift certificate you must have gift certificate number to reserve your services or we may not accept it upon check out.  While some of our gift certificates may not have an expiration we reserve the right to charge a 15%fee on the balance of the unused gc for each year not used after one year from the date the gift certificate was written due to dormancy.  Gift Certificates that are 2 years and older can not be transferred to another person. We do understand that things happen and sometimes Gift Certificates get forgotten.   Please try not to hold your gift certificates until they are ready to expire, we get very busy during holiday times and Saturdays especially and we really would like to see you use them.  As with any business we do have price increases.  Sometimes specials are run for certain years so we do try to go by the expiration due to price increases.  On occasion expired gift certificates can be converted to a cash value so you may apply it to a service.  (this can only be done in certain circumstances) REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN ON GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES.  Please try to use them in a timely fashion to avoid any problems.  If you alter a gift certificate the gift certificate is automatically void.  BLACKOUT DATES  the only dates we request gift certificates can not be used is 2/13-2/15 due to the amount of extras the spa provides for this special occasion. 


Refunds: Refunds are not given on product purchases or Gift Certificates. If you are unhappy with a service received you must call the spa within 24 hours of the time the service was done.


Retainer: 50% Retainers are required to book Spa services of $25 or more .  24 Hours notice is required to cx spa services so that we may fill the spaces. Without 24hr notice its considered loss of wages and your retainer is non-refundable.   For Parties of 2 or more doing multiple services 48-72 hours notice is required to cx your appointments or you will lose your retainer. Gratuity is not automatically included on our Spa Party Packages .  If a deposit is taken via credit card a 10% processing fee will be charged in the event of a refund.


Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates: Please protect your gift certificates as if they were cash. We can not replace or reissue lost or stolen gift certificates. If you are purchasing them on line please login under your name to make your purchase easier to track. Gift Certificates issued in house are originals and can not be replaced if lost.


Holiday, Sundays or after Normal Business Hours Booking may be subject to overtime fee of 15% per service since the spa is opening on a day or hours we are not normally open.  Gift Certificates and coupons may not be used on these days unless approved in advance)   These services must be paid in full upon booking to reserve your space
