House Etiquette
For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled table time and inform therapists of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking. Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late (without a phone call), you will be charged for the entire session and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
Insurance for Massage Therapy - We currently accept Worker's Comp , No-fault Ins ,& are also credentialed with certain private insurances. Call now to see if we take yours.
Appointment and Cancellation PolicyTo ensure your preferred times, we recommend you make reservations several days in advance. If you cancel your appointments within less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the treatment(s) reserved under your credit card. Authorized credit card and current information are required to secure bookings. You MUST speak to a live operator in order to cancel spa or wellness appointment(s), and you will receive a cancellation number for your reference. If you cannot provide us with a cancellation number, your credit card will be subject to full charge of your appointment(s). Prices are subject to change. We also require 24 hours notice to cancel a gift certificate appointment or the gc becomes null and void. Please treat your gift certificate as if it were cash. If you are cancelling an appointment in the required amount of time and you have pre-paid for your visit in advance there will be a 5% processing fee deducted before the refund is given.
